i just forgot to post anything yesterday.
but today is tellafriend tuesday...
i've mentioned her several times before,
but i really think you should take the time
to visit the shop of someone i gladly call friend...

i bought my first jacabunny about 2 years ago,
& now look at my little collection...
go ahead...go get yourself one...
you can't have mine.
aside from those little creatures of awesome...
she also makes stellar things like this...

beyond all of that she is one of the nicest people
you could ever hope to meet.
her creations make me quite happy and swoony.
and because of her,
i have been inspired to try some needle felting of my own.
since i wasn't quite sure how to go about getting what i needed to begin...
i bought a kit from fancytiger on etsy.
the kit includes everything you need to try it out.
you get several colors of wool roving...
a foam safety cube...
a barbed felting needle and easy to follow instructions.
i found it quite simple.
i strayed a bit and tried out some small variations...
but for the most part stuck to the directions.
i didn't give this guy arms,
simply because i liked how he looked without them.
and he even has a cute fluffy tail...
do yourself a favor and go visit kit...
you won't regret it...
