just a quick blog entry...
rescued a turtle (chrysemys picta picta)
from almost being squished in the road today...
she's a beautiful eastern painted turtle...
she really is lovely...and sweet...
and she is temporarily living with us...
i have to keep saying that.
i am already enamored and besotted and the like.
and if we weren't...
well, there are so many ifs...
but i think she'd do best in her natural habitat.
please remind me of that later...
